General Invoice and VAT Notices.

  • Please note that collection details will vary from auction to auction so please check your emails after the auction to see where the winning item(s) can be collected.

  • Please note all invoices must be paid within 48 hours of the sale clousure, payments can only be made by bank transfer and all purchases must be paid for in full before collection. To pay by bank transfer please use the details quoted your invoice and your invoice number as the bank reference.

  • Your invoice will include, for foreign buyers a VAT Refund will be provided on production of export certificate.

  • VAT is charged at 20% to the Hammer and Buyer’s Premium.

  • All buyers are responsible for the items purchased at the auction. It is your responsibility and the responsibility of your shipping agent to coordinate removal procedures and schedules with the company selling the assets (equipment) prior to removing the equipment.

  • If there are any questions or errors regarding the equipment, you must contact the auctioneer prior to collecting the equipment. Once the equipment is collected, you assume all responsibilities.

  • Lots marked 'Margin' are included in the auctioneer's VAT margin scheme, lots marked 'Yes' are vatable at the current rate, lots marked 'Inc' are VAT inclusive and lots marked 'Zero' are zero-rated.

  • The 'Buyers Premium' on margin items includes VAT which must not be shown separately or reclaimed as input tax. Input tax has not been and will not be claimed by me in respect of the margin goods sold on this invoice.
